We are here to work with you and help you achieve the results that you desire. We will work with you to determine the outcomes you want from this engagement, and we will communicate with you to ensure we are working in a way that suits your needs and best practices.

In order to be clear about the vision, an initial meeting will need to occur to ensure both parties are clear on what can be delivered and the deadline to do so. Clear communication is key.

Unless otherwise agreed, the monthly retainer package is for a minimum of 6 months, as it takes time to work through a strategy and get the desired results. Agreement on the engagement term, elements and individual tasks to be managed by Tell Me More and the obligations of both Tell Me More and the business owner and other relevant staff will be agreed upon together prior to engagement through the Proposal and/or Client Service Agreement.

In order to be able to achieve the desired results, the business owner and/or key personnel in the business will need to be available for agreed meeting times, appointments and other key dates to work with Tell Me More. Meetings can be done via zoom, in person or as otherwise agreed.

Communication between the parties is key to success. Both parties must agree to keep communication lines open and set up regular meeting times or informal discussion times to go through the needs and progress of deliverables.

The engagement may be terminated as mutually agreed between the parties.
